Painic P is a fixed-dose combination of Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 500 mg. This combination offers the advantage of the peripheral effects of aceclofenac, the central effect of paracetamol for pain relief. Aceclofenac is an orally administered phenylacetic acid derivative with effects on a variety of inflammatory mediators.
